"5 stars! I usually don't write reviews, but the owners Bill and Nancy are great!! The awesome staff members, Frank and Dane are always accommodating and can resolve any issues that arise quick and painlessly. My 2 years here as a storage customer has been nothing but fantastic! They were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right unit size for my needs. This is a great storage facility. Bill and Nancy are wonderful people. I went through a rough time a couple years ago and they worked with me so I could keep my things. They are good honest people and they care. The camera system works well. There is very little theft. I really like fixed rates. It doesn’t change after 90 days to some unreasonable amount. I can’t say enough about the owners they are great. Go in and say hi and see for yourself!
AAA Mini Storage is owned by a local family. Which is nice as I believe it is important to support local communities , They have a excellent security system making the facility feel safe and secure. There is easy access from Highway 1 off Airport Blvd. The prices are affordable and the owners do not raise the rent often. All of the units are drive up. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone. Plus I saw this cute snail there
Best rate by far, really good customer service, and easily accessible units. I have used a lot of storage units over the years and this is my favorite place.
My experience has been absolutely wonderful ,very nice people and all drive up units . Great family own business. Units even have power outlets and lights. Great! Nice and safe and clean storage!
