We have rented a unit there for about a year and never had a problem until recently. We had to get something out of our unit and discovered rat feces. We immediately informed the owner who thanked us for letting him know. Then we informed him a 2nd time when we went and didn't see any bait boxes out. About 3 weeks later we went in and discovered a hole in a hiking backpack we had stored and then physically saw a rat. It wasn't even scared of us.
