I recently got a new roof and had a really great experience with AAA! . The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and worked efficiently. The roof looks great and the cleanup afterward was solid too. Shannon was especially helpful—she was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I am very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

We spent about 10 years trying to get our roof replaced, but numerous other roofing companies had tried working with our insurance company, and all were told no, they would not cover it. Shannon with AAA Midwest Roofing was able to work her magic, and somehow got our insurance company to say yes. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. Good crew and good work. Sales agent either miss understood some of our requests or forgot. Cleared up. Poor post work follow up, no replies to emails or contact attempts. Roofers did a great job no issues found. Gutter crew showed up unannounced. Not overly impressed. Left downspout tabs up, which caused debris to clog and gutters to overflow. homeowner fixed.
