I had a GREAT experience with AAA Midwest roofing. After looking at the reviews. I requested a quote online March 25th. Recieve a call soon after from a young lady cannot remember her name. She's very kind explained she will have a field adjuster call me. Shannon Woods called me the same day. We set up an appointment. Shannon is so kind, explains everything, help with the insurance and takes pride in her work. Communication is a A+. After getting past finding out if insurance can help or not. We had an incredible experience with this company. What started as a small repair job on flashing, facia and soffit quickly turned into something much bigger when they uncovered significant hidden damage left behind by the previous roofer (before we bought the house). Instead of cutting corners or covering it up, they were honest, thorough, and walked us through everything. Despite the extra work, they kept the cost very reasonable, which we truly appreciated. We spent about 10 years trying to get our roof replaced, but numerous other roofing companies had tried working with our insurance company, and all were told no, they would not cover it. Shannon with AAA Midwest Roofing was able to work her magic, and somehow got our insurance company to say yes. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. I highly recommend AAA Midwest Roofing. Called Shannon for a roof estimate when she got there she said it was hail damage. That it should be covered on my insurance well insurance company had canceled me six months before. They were able to go to bat for me and fight the insurance company for me. Ended I was able to change color of house. Got roof, gutters, facia, window wraps and siding for a third of the cost which was amazing!
