I have to say that I was amazed with the service, quality of workmanship, and customer orientation of AAA Midwest Roofing. In particular, Andrew Crawford was simply excellent. He helped us navigate the insurance company policies, coordinate our wishes with the management and work crew, and keep us informed throughout the process. I recently got a new roof and had a really great experience with AAA! . The crew was professional, showed up when they said they would, and worked efficiently. The roof looks great and the cleanup afterward was solid too. Shannon was especially helpful—she was easy to communicate with, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I am very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

We spent about 10 years trying to get our roof replaced, but numerous other roofing companies had tried working with our insurance company, and all were told no, they would not cover it. Shannon with AAA Midwest Roofing was able to work her magic, and somehow got our insurance company to say yes. She was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. Working with Andrew was great, quick to answer questions and requests. The crew came out and replaced our roof in one day. They were very mindful of our property and did an amazing work. We would recommend this company to anyone.
