I am so so upset with this company. I should of never paid him if I knew that they would not get back to me about the problems. I would of went elsewhere for good workmanship people that care about the customers and not jyst taking their money... I was robbed right in my face because I paid for nothing. Lost even more money because of them. Awful customer service. The man I spoke with was rude and aggressive, and he tried to upsell us on extra pet treatment for $100. We’ve lived in a number of rentals with our dog, and we’ve never had an issue at move out with smell or wear and tear. I’m a bit of a clean freak and diligently clean anyplace we live. I’m so disappointed with Mater Clean. I had an appointment with them today at 9am and they waited until 9:10 to call me and tell me they weren’t coming. They told me it was too cold BUT we have access to things like weather channel apps and they could have let me know even the day before that it would be too cold so I didn’t spend my entire morning prepping my house to get the carpets clean.
