I wrote a review a year ago and it never got posted. Long story short, I do not, I mean DO NOT, recommend them. I used them for several years and it was fine. Last spring the owner came LATE, took a crap in our toilet right off the bat, did a shitty job and actually made things look worse that we had to hire another cleaning company to come in and clean up his mess. I purchased a Groupon for AÀA MasterClean carpet cleaning and made an appointment to have my carpets cleaned. At 10 a.m. on the day of my appointment, the technician arrived and set up his cleaning equipment. The equipment did not work so he told me there was a problem with the pump. He said there's a store nearby and he would go there and come right back. At 3:30 p.m. he had not returned so i called the company to ask why I had not heard from the technician. DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS. Took our money. Redeemed our voucher and never showed! Then won’t return calls or texts. Buyers beware.
Worst carpet cleaning ever! First James was an hour late with no phone call to update his arrival. When he got to our house he walked in with no shoe covers and tracked mud on our carpets. This was the worst cleaning job ever. We had to hire another company to come out and redo what he tracked in and said that was the best he could do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Lost even more money because of them. Awful customer service. The man I spoke with was rude and aggressive, and he tried to upsell us on extra pet treatment for $100. We've lived in a number of rentals with our dog, and we've never had an issue at move out with smell or wear and tear. I'm a bit of a clean freak and diligently clean anyplace we live.
