I called for an estimate to cut down my tree, that took almost a week to get. Took 2 more days for their proof of insurance. Then I called to see when they would be able to come out and do the work before I sign and return the estimate. Was told he would check his schedule and get back to me. 4 days later I decide to check in and see how his schedule is looking. He says he can fit me in in a couple days.
