Worst customer service. Hour and a half late. Woman states he left awhile ago. I have exact directions to get to my house and even told him what store was on the corner of Apple to turn. He states I gave him the wrong number even though he read it back to me. He says I should have said 231...why do I need to say 231 when you have the same area code! Rude people that do nothing but lie.
I talked with this guy regarding a refrigerator for a few minutes, because I was requesting a service visit. He gave me several things to look at and try before scheduling a visit. He was willing to share his knowledge at no charge over the phone. Very helpful. Really new his stuff. His goal was to fix my problem, not make a quick dollar with an unnecessary service visit.
