Beware..... everywhere on the internet it says there is a 48-hour wait period for service to kick in after you join. However, in very teeny-tiny print on the AAA website it says there is a three day wait period. If they used the numerical 72, it would be easier to spot. Pretty devious IMHO. I'll write another review after I actually get the service completed.

If I could give this company a zero I would. They are disorganized, lack follow thru and make one mistake after an other. There is no accountability for their financial mistakes- they were over charging me on three different policies. After several mess ups on their part, I had to resort to calling the manager Bryan Conaway. Instead of offering good customer service or even being willing to look into why his agent messed up he was rude and short tempered. We went here for passport pictures. I appreciate that it's a free service (not really free, but included in the membership fee), but unfortunately the first set of pictures we had taken was a little blurry and didn't meet the government's technical requirements. We went back and had another set taken and they were perfect.
