HORABAL going to drop them! Waited for 5 hours for them to tell me we will not be there till 8 am the next day when I have to work!
Francisco Cabrera was amazing. He assisted me with a flat tire on Sunday and was super fast in getting there and changing out my tire. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. Quinton acted like I was an idiot for thinking I could email them a pdf, I had fully filled out and signed, for them to print to use for my IDP. Dude you're sitting in front of a computer and there's a printer behind you. If it's against AAA policy just say so, no need to get pissy, but I got the feeling he just didn't know what a pdf was and thought I wanted him to read the info off my phone lol I'll try the west location next time
