The excellent quality of service, vehicles, dependability, and peace of mind is worth paying the few dollars more than what an Uber XL would charge. On my recent trip i had to fly standby due to flight delay. I called Lauren to explain the possible change in itinerary. She sent me a text so I could easily let her know if I got in the flight and rescheduled my pickup from EwR. It was stresses. This flexibility and personal contact is never available with a ride share app. Excellent professional drivers.
