I'm a long time member of AAA. I've used them for different reasons over the years. I really enjoy the peace of mind that you get with having them there. I also like being able to go to the branch and get discount attraction tickets as well as other things for being a member. Thanks so much for all you do. I've also had to use them for other people's vehicles when they lock their keys inside, an I've used them to tow me to a gas station when I didn't have enough gas to get home from work. I called in advance about an international drivers license. I was told the process takes 10 minutes and I don’t need to make an appointment or bring photos. I arrive to the office after drive 50 minutes. No one is at the front desk. Was not greeted but greeted the people that came in after me. Stood at the counter with an office full of people and no one can help. A lady finally asked what I need then proceeds to not help and ask me to sit in the lobby. Over 25 minutes still not helped. If I could give it zero stars, I would don’t fool yourself. AAA has nothing but a false sense of security. I called at 7 am on a Monday. I did not pick up my car till 10 AM. The next day it was the worst experience of my life. I must’ve called them 50 times only to be lied to that a truck was on the way granted it was a 70 mile total, but I had the tow for up to 100 miles save your money stay away from these guys. They are horrible when I asked to speak to a supervisor they acted like it was no big deal. I don’t see how they... read more
