International driving permit! Great experience to get IDP. I got international driving permit in about 5 minutes from their travel agent. 12$ for pictures and 20$ for permit. No appointment needed.
The service I received was AWFUL. I was given an estimate of ~$950 in labor to complete fixing my water pump that turned into ~$1800 in labor WITHOUT my approval or authorization. When I informed them I did not have double the money the service tech was completely rude and humiliated me asking me to contact relatives or figure out how to get the money or else he would start charging a storage fee if I could not find the money and when I asked how much the storage fee was he was unable to answer. I am posting this review TODAY 6/20/25 because of the AMAZING care Damon and his team at the Waverly Place location in Cary, NC continually give! I can't boast enough about this team and the quality of care for my cars! I have 2 older model Toyotas (one Land Cruiser and one 4Runner). Whatever comes up with these older but GOODIE trucks, Damon always takes great care to ensure everything is always taken care of and that my TWO trucks are running at TOP notch- Ive had to call and sometimes just need to stop in due to a questio... read more
Would give -1 if I could. Absoutely terrible customer service. Lead me on with a completion date that was always "tomorrow" and "tomorrow" was always the next day. Then by the time I got my car back it had more problems then it orignally had. -1 Stars
Brandon and Terry was great. Got me scheduled in quick and got my check engine light taken care of.made sure everything was good and was easy to talk to!!
