Very poor. I have been to a total of 4 AAA cat care locations and this was my worst experience ever for any visit to any AAA and all the other places I have ever been to in order to get service done to any of my vehicles. I made an appointment in advance for a Saturday at 8:00 am. I showed up before the place opened and I was there for 150000 mile service. They were not finished until 3:45 pm. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable.
Absolute rip off - they did not charge whole lot more and tried selling more - I would never bring my car here - last time I did they stole battery charger from my trunk
Work needed was done well . Charges for labor were a little high. Great customer service.
