Believe the other reviews about their horrible appointment management. I booked a simple oil change and tire rotation first thing in the morning assuming they would not get backed up and would be an hour at most. Two hours later and I’m still sitting here. This is VERY common here from my experience and you would think I would have learned. Finding a new place from now on.
Took 2 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation while I was the only person in the waiting room. Will not be coming back.
Glenn is a ROCKSTAR. he always makes me feel welcome when I come to AAA at Waverly and is always honest and just a joy to work with when it comes to car things. As a female, sometimes it can be hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop in Glen makes me feel right at home. Give this man a raise!!!!
