I called around and got some quotes for a rehab on a rental property that I purchased. Craig's quote beat the competition by far. This is the policy, price, and terms that I was looking for. Casadi was spectacular to work with and made the process easy and fast. I didn't work with Craig directly on this one, but I have spoken with him in the past and he is very knowledgable when it comes to insuring and protecting rental properties. I highly recommend that you get a quote from this team before making your decision.
