I WENT TO AAA TO GET A TRIP TICK FOR A LOCAL WEDDING IN OCALA. ALTHOUGH I HAD BEEN GIVEN A GOOGLE, MAP, I COULD NOT INTERPRET IT. AAA MADE IT EASIER USING I-75 INSTEAD OF LOCAL ROADS, THANKS AAA!
I've been an AAA member for half a century, and have always had good luck using them. However, a recent call for two service was unnecessarily complicated. When you dial the 800 number and it answers, you have to listen all the way through all four 'press the button' options before you can press #1 for service. That is incredibly inefficient and frustrating. Also, the person who answered did not learn English as a cradle language and that is never a good thing.
We depend on Ocala AAA when we need documents Notarized, Passport photos or Travel information and assistance. The staff is always smiling, friendly and accommodating.
I depended on Ocala AAA to provide me with info for my upcoming summer vacation. They came through with flying colors. Thanks.
We went to the Ocala office looking for packages to Hawaii, basically we were given 4 maps and told when we were ready to tell them when and where we wanted to go to come back. After being a member for 25 years + I wonder why I should continue to pay my dues!
Stopped by to purchase gift cards for 3 family members with birthdays in the next 10 days. Found the staff to be very friendly, not to mention an excellent selection of cards to select from. I always receive excellent service from members at the Ocala office.

Went in for passport photos and was treated speedily and with courtesy, ws also given the paperwork we needed to get the passports and some very good tips for our upcoming cruise. Kudos to AAA for hiring such a wonderful representa tive!
