There’s no way to get anybody on the phone. You can’t call this place and then whenever you show up, you have a 50% chance of them being not available or the people you need to talk to are not working that day - so here I go for attempt number three to hope that somebody’s in the office Just drive there aimlessly without any uncertainty that I’m gonna be able to accomplish my goal because of their incompetence.
Can't get a hold of anyone in this office. They don't answer their phone (number on my invoice) and the email bounces back (only email on invoice as well). Searching elsewhere for insurance. Also been members for 10+ years. Maybe I just need a new AAA agent. I did get a hold of an amazing lady named Tracey after 4 days of trying to get a person on the phone, but she was not from the Edwardsville office. Maybe I'll just ask her to be my agent. Poor job at this office. Step it up or you will certainly lose more business.
Wish I could give it zero stars can’t ever get a hold of anybody you get bounced to other states where they can’t help you they will change your policy without asking you and when they make a mistake, they do not make it right. Been with them for 10 years and the last couple years have been horrific. Canceled my policy for nonpayment because my agent quit and didn’t tell me that my auto pay was canceled
So, in 2024 I signed up for the premium service. This will be the third time I've had AAA. WHAT THE HELL has happened to this once fine company? I realized how poorly managed they are when I didn't get my AAA magazine. I emailed their customer service maybe 7 times and no response. EVERYTIME "EVERYTIME" I call the toll free number on my invoice to make a payment I wait no less than 30-45 minutes on hold. I'll give the Edwardsville Il location a try and then I get "Samone" who will either transfer you back to the toll free line without telling you she is going to or hang up! AAA take a look into this girl's customer service skills because she has only one and that's hitting the transfer or disconnect button.
