Went for IdentoGo finger printing. Admittedly, arrived 3 minutes late. Signed in, yet four people were called ahead of us. Made the fingerprint lady aware, and twice she said I was never signed in…which is not correct. When confronted about this, they all had the same “deer in the headlights” look. Utter incompetence.

Made an appointment for fingerprinting with Identego. Arrived 5-10min ahead of my appointment. Signed in on the clipboard as requested, greated by an employee who verified why I was there. Took a seat to wait, nobody else in the lobby at the time. A second employee greeted me and stated someone would be right with me.
