Nice service. Many travel options.
I waited 1/2 hour if not more on the phone waiting for a AAA agent to answer the phone and assist me. If they are working remotely they are not doing their jobs, they have turned their phones off or they are goofing off, maybe shopping when they should be working. Bad customer service. I give them a 0
How long do you think is an unusual amount of time for someone to wait until someone picks up the phone? Don't ask for any of my details. Simply answer the question asked as I've tried calling twice to listen to your boring music.
