Called AAA for locking my keys in my car. In 20 minutes, Al from H&S towing was there to unlock my car! We had a nice chat, and my car was unlocked in a few minutes.
Website is down and I spent an hour on hold to try to get information about signing up. How could I possibly count on this service if they can't even get it together enough to get the sale?
I’m leaving 1 star but I’d really like to leave 0. Disappointing service with roadside assistance and they say nothing they can do.. They let my car sit for 24 hours after calling for battery service. The driver shows up with no battery and tells me he will bring one first thing next day. Well 24 hrs later still no call or battery. He finally calls and says he doesn’t have the battery. I called AAA again and they send another technician with a battery.
