Highly pissed off. Went to get a water pump done paid over $2200 when they broke the seal. They didn't even put the cover back on which the oil cap and seals was left off. Can't even access the oil cap because cover sitting on too and exposing the Val to the air. Engine light on. Pissed. This was last Thursday, how could they even allow the mechanics to let a valued customer leave, like this this is dangerous engine could have went out, and much more. Going back tomorrow. Terrible. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Trying for 30 minutes to get through to Hampton, Virginia AAA. Insufferable recordings with limited options. I'm canceling membership.
Went to get passport photos with my kids and husband. I got kicked out with my two boys 4 and 5 yo. We got there and waited like 15 mins standing there. The lady at the front desk that attended us was good and did her thing. My kids were not even loud as an yelling shouting etc. They were just talking and I told them to keep it down.
