I went there and stood in line for 2 hours to get discounted SeaWorld tickets, and come to find out that I could have gotten them on the SeaWorld website for the exact same price, even though their price code sheet showed that we were receiving $25 off per ticket. Furthermore, they printed no UPC code on our tickets, so when we got to SeaWorld we had to stand in line anyway even though we had already paid. Very disappointed in the service and lack of knowledge that they had at aaa. I won't be returningto that location.

Extremely poor customer service. While trying to deal with a claim, I could not get a phone returned for 3 working days, (5 days total).
