Could be a bit more friendly not the lady who seen us but the other lady
My wife (67) and I(68)sat in our car for 7 hours near Ft. Wayne,In waiting for someone to come and help us. We are still waiting. Humans answer the phone but act like Robots. She has cancer and I have heart disease. We are not in danger but very cold average temperature through the night was 49-50 degrees.
Driver Brad came all way from Owensboro to Boonville to help me. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Brad
Long story short billing is a nightmare. Their underwriting is run by the most inept people alive. Just been 1 dead end after another
Went in to transfer membership from another state. Only one person knew how to do it, despite 4 other employees sitting in the office visiting with each other (the one who was qualified to help was busy on a legit phone call). I ended up waiting about 1/2 an hour for a 10 minute paperwork process. Friendly, but they need to cross-train employees!
