I have never visited this office in person, but John assisted me over the phone with transferring my daughters AAA Hoosier Premier membership to AAA Kentucky. I went in person to the AAA KY office off of Hurstbourne Parkway for assistance. I was told it was a simple transaction. The person I was handed off to was unable to assist me and told me so many steps and hoops to jump through, I was left very frustrated and confused. My wife (67) and I(68)sat in our car for 7 hours near Ft. Wayne,In waiting for someone to come and help us. We are still waiting. Humans answer the phone but act like Robots. She has cancer and I have heart disease. We are not in danger but very cold average temperature through the night was 49-50 degrees.
Driver Brad came all way from Owensboro to Boonville to help me. He was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Brad
