YES! They have been great, back in the spring when it was just starting to get warm and needed our unit looked at, it was a simple piece on the heating side that was stuck and needed replacing. Due with covid and the part needing to be ordered it was no rush since we were just using the A/C. The part came in and Tim the tech guy showed up to replace it in a speedy professional fashion. Very prompt and professional.
Came home to a broken air conditioner and a very hot house. Called AAA Northgate and they were at my house in about an hour. Got it fixed and the house is getting cool again. The tech was awesome, friendly, fast, and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.
Jess was wonderful enough to stay when we ran late d/t a wound clinic appt. With the 90+ degree day, we were grateful to get the air back on. He had it figured out before we made it home. As always, from the day of the original installs AAA has been top pros!
