AAA Inspections came to do an inspection on a home we are purchasing. The buyers had an inspection from another company right before putting the house on the market. Greg Watts with AAA Inspection did a very thorough inspection and found numerous things that the other company did not find. AAA inspections came to inspect my home and all seemed to be well until we began hearing noises in the attic only a month after moving in. We then called someone to inspect what type of critter was living in our attic. With no luck finding the critter, they revealed to us that we had less than an inch of insulation throughout the attic.
