My husband and I bought our home a little more than a year ago, we have come across many high dollar issues that we were given no warning of when we had it inspected. He didn’t send up a red flag on a 41 year old hot water heater, broken plumbing to a kitchen sink, broken plumbing to the a/c drain. The cost was high for a very vague, very uninformative report that continues to cost us much more as we go forward.
