We were searching for a home for an out of town relative and we were referred to Rick. We are certainly glad that we found him. The first house we put a contract on had some major issues, upon finding the first one, he stopped the inspection and did not charge us We were so comfortable with him that we had him inspect the final property. He was amazing. He was thorough and quick with his report. Highly recommend!
Rick inspected a condo we are considering purchasing. He did a very thorough inspection and provided an online report the next day. Although we live out of state he was very accommodating. I provided him the information and he took it from there - coordinated with the current owner to schedule the inspection and kept us informed along the way. Overall very satisfied! I would definitely use Rick again!
If anyone is looking for a home inspector, search no more. I had the pleasure of being one of Ricks Clients this past weekend and the first interaction my wife and I had with Rick, we immediately knew we made the right choice. Richard did a home inspection for a vacation condo we are purchasing on Hilton Head Island. His inspection was incredibly thorough (even more so than inspections we have had done on our primary residence) and his report was fantastic. He took tons of pictures of every item that he found and he included them all in the report. His software also allowed us to create a "repair list" directly from the report to send the sellers so that we didn't miss anything. I researched before hiring Rick to do a home inspection. The reviews were consistently good. Had an inspection done prior to purchasing my current home and it was minimal and did not uncover some fairly big issues. Rick was responsive, thorough and very knowledgeable. Absolutely, I would use him again.
