Very helpful, polite, and does so in a courteous and considerate manner.
Our technician Brad did a fantastic job. He showed up on time and was very knowledge and professional. He was careful with our appliances and cleaned up as he worked. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood what was required before doing the work. If you're in need of of a service technician, I highly recommend you call AAA and ask for Brad! He's awesome.
