My Speed Queen washer wasn't filling properly when I was washing towels or other heavier items. John, with AAA Appliance, came out and fixed the problem quickly. He knew right off the bat it was going to be one of three things and before I even had my cup of tea finished, he had the washer fixed and working great. Since the washer was still under the five year warranty with Speed Queen, my repair was covered. Unabashed ripoff. Wil is very willing to overcharge and defend his terrible customer service. Initial $200 to revers a part I installed incorrectly. Part failed. Then he wanted to charge another $200 + part to replace. It took me 32 minutes and $19 part to fix myself.
