Jerry and Ester are both amazing home inspectors. We made call Wednesday evening and had an appointment for Thursday afternoon. In scheduling an appointment, I told Jerry that my wife and I are first time home buyers, and the house we're buying is a foreclosure and on been on the market for over 200 days. Jerry and Ester are the best home inspectors I have had and I have done the process several times. Sellers beware as they will find what your hiding!
Excellent! Have had many home inspections over the years and this was one of the best. Jerry was very thorough and on task the whole time. He took the time to explain his findings and emphasize what was most important and what was relatively negligible. Would highly recommend!
