Just bought a house AAA heating and air sticker in the HVAC system. There is a large 2” gap where the return plenum attaches to the ceiling, allowing air return from the utility room. They are using the floor structure as a return by boxing in the floor trusses, and they have used all flex ducting throughout the home. I wish I could see between the floors, I bet it’s terrible. Shanon and Parker have been absolutely amazing, they’re The first people I call anytime I have any HVAC or plumbing issues, and their response time is the best I found so far for our area. They are who I recommend using for the surrounding minot area.
