Bad service they will tell you anything to get you of the phone and tell you that they will call you back never get a call been waiting 3 and half weeks to get my van fixed when there tow truck driver let it roll off the truck and hit a tree and folded my driver door been a customer for 23 years never filled a claim and this is how they treat me
The lady who assisted me was very nice and helpful.
I have been receiving advertising mails from AAA in the past 2-3 years when I never shared my info with AAA, nor been interested. Each time, each mail has some 20 papers in that go to trash every time (so it's a waste of papers and postal service load). I called AAA's 1-800 phone number and asked that my mail address be removed, but the agent said she can't help with such requests over the phone.
