Great office setting for multiple companies. Secured entry employees only allowed in the building.
I have been a AAA since 1983, usually conduct business at the Winter Park, FL location. However, I was in the Lake Mary are, thus, I decided to use this office. The service was awful. Also, be very careful when purchasing gift cards, 1) Gorkem overcharged me by $100, 2) once I was brought up to his attention and the charge went through, he call someone on the phone informing them that another vendor's gift card was not activating. Don't buy a battery from them It'll go out in 1 month and even their testing equipment indicating it needs to be replaced at 5.5V; they still refuse. They'll say even though they came and installed it we now have to Uber to take it to be charged professionally by a third party that's unaffiliated with AAA. Called and ask for the policy in writing and they sent an excerpt that said nothing of all these hoops we have to jump through.
