Sayville Hearing Services apparently is now an office of HearingLife. I made an appointment with the Sayville office for a hearing test with a hearing aid that I recently got elsewhere. When I arrived I was told no appointment was listed although I was in the computer. They said they would go ahead anyway. Terrance was terribly unprofessional with my father. He might as well be working in a car dealership. Nothing felt medical. It was all about sales for him. Very disappointed and will not go back to another hearing life.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I drove an hour away for this appointment. I got a call at 0958, as I was pulling into the building for my 10am appointment to be told they can not see me as they needed early check in. They told me I could wait another hour or this afternoon for another appointment. When I told them no, that is ridiculous I am there at my appointment time, the receptionist hung up on me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
