I hate this company. They charge insane amounts for EVERYTHING. I am honestly shocked they don't charge you just to call them. I want to cancel my service, but they charge a high price for that, too. At this point, I have had an empty propane tank sitting in my yard for two years because it costs too much to cancel, and it costs too much to fill it, so I just don't. Customer service is horrible. Poor communication about deliveries to rural property
Prople I spoke with don't speak English!
Horrible customer service!! Delivery drivers are very nice and polite. There customer service should take some training from them.
