The vendor seemed to have ambiguous advice about repairing another part of my garage door.

We only advise for repairs if they are due to safety and yes we do stress that they get it repaired as soon as possible but to keep our costs down we prefer to do it in one trip instead of making two . We never charge a destination fee. It is as well as for the customers safety or convenience that we would stress repair. Thanks Matt is was great to be a service to you call us anytime.
Came in, covered shoes, nice , courteous checked thngs , gave price and and fixed in about an hr, couldn't be happier
We chose Steve because of the good reviews and were not disappointed. He replaced both our garage door springs at a very reasonable price, was on time and provided great service. Would definitely recommend and use him again.

Rather than just replacing the sprocket, they recommended replacing the entire opener which will save us money in the long run. Appreciated that rather than buying the sprocking and then having to replace additional parts later.
I entered my request at 11pm. Steve called me at 11:01 and my garage door was fixed the next afternoon. The price was great, the service was great, the door works perfectly, and Steve is a super nice guy. Highly recommend!
