Overcharged for a simple repair job. Prices were high for the poor service I got. Didn't deliver what was promised. Unacceptable experience with AAA Garage Door and Opener.
Immediate response, friendly, easy to work with, answers phone in person. I would recommend with one caveat. Make sure you stand by with lightbulbs during installation. Only complaint: they do not install the light bulbs in new garage door openers. I find this a bit unusual as the installer is already on the ladder and has access to the unit. We had a great experience with AAA Garage Door and Opener. Our door malfunctioned over a weekend. We messaged Mike and he was able come come over the next morning (Monday).
