Immediate response, friendly, easy to work with, answers phone in person. I would recommend with one caveat. Make sure you stand by with lightbulbs during installation. Only complaint: they do not install the light bulbs in new garage door openers. I find this a bit unusual as the installer is already on the ladder and has access to the unit. We had a great experience with AAA Garage Door and Opener. Our door malfunctioned over a weekend. We messaged Mike and he was able come come over the next morning (Monday). They took the time to ensure we had the correct parts and the project was done right. We were happy to support a local business and will recommend them to others.

Wow! What great service! I had a non emergency call. They showed up on time and were able to replace my 20 year old opener. They did a great job and I am very happy with the work. Every thing works great the new keypad remotes and all. Thanks for the wonderful work! The only thing I can suggest is accepting credit cards. People in their 30’s don’t have checks or cash anymore and have to go to the bank to pay you.
