excellent customer service. They took good care of me, hook me up with International driving permit. Still trying to figure out how to make an appointment there though. Says right on the door when you walk in, appointments are welcome. But there’s no way to call directly into the store

They were busy but the receptionist worked diligently to help each customer in turn. Also, the credit card machine was broken, but the receptionist handled the charging manually and in an efficient manner.
