Véritable arnaque. Ils ont livré à ma conjointe une plante très abimée, et plutôt que faire un geste commercial, vous accuse d'avoir causé les dégâts après la livraison. Des menteurs qui vous accuse d'être menteur. À éviter à tout prix. J'ai perdu 100 dollars pour une plante qui en valait 15 maximum, abimée au point ou elle ne valait plus rien. Se cachent derrière fleuriste.ca, bouquet.ca, florale.ca
I ordered a plant for my son as a welcome to his new home in Montreal. I had misread the price initially so contacted the florist directly and she was very accommodating and helpful. However when the plant arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website. I have been offered a $10 refund for a missing plant. My son indicated some of the leaves were damaged also. The cost including tax and delivery was $111 for a plant that looks at best a $25 value.
