This company is full of lies and excuses. Their work is sub standard. The owner lies and falsifies information to the insurance company. He doesnt like being held to any quality standards. He has no quality control on any of the jobs and lies to cover the poor workmanship. Blames it on miscommunication and crews not understanding instructions. They dont communicate unless he is trying to strong arm payment for work, even if it isnt completed.
I had a storm on 9.27.23. The original project manager was great, got roof on, his name was ***. Waited 6 months for siding, the office kept saying not ordered, then ordered, oh we forgot to order. So switched companies. At same time this company called me saying *** was leaving and was bashing their employee to me. I cancelled services with them. We had a hail storm hit our area (**********) in September 2023. Our house sustained extensive damage requiring a new roof, windows and siding. We went with AAA Five Star to replace our siding and roof bc they had just replaced our roof in May 2022 and did a great job.
