If your job is on the residential side, there's a wait list dating back into 2023. A well run company would have engaged additional estimator(s) at this point.

I’m sure this company does excellent work, but my experience has only been on the scheduling side. I first called in 2022 to get an estimate and was told they’d be able to come by in 2023. Now it’s 2025, and when I called back, I was told they are still working on 2023 projects. I’ve never actually had the chance to use their services, but I’ve been trying to connect with them for four years

Talked to Jeff he took care of of my problem. It took him 5 minutes he didn't try and sell me on a bunch of BS. Just looked at the problem and cobbled a solution. All I needed was a latch for a square tube gate to a round post that was is it. They were the only ones who could actually do it. Went to 3 other places claiming to do fencing And 3 "metal shops" saying I was looking at $300 plus as well as 2 "big box" stores that don't carry anything but the basics These guys actually know how to build and fabricate.
