If I could give them zero stars, I would…..I took my car in January to get the driver side window fixed, and the thermostat fixed on my vehicle….. They proceeded. to look all around my vehicle to see what else you need to be done $2400…. instead of just fixing what I asked them to fix.The driver side window was not fixed apparently cause I took it back on March 7 because when I rolled my window all the way down my driver side door with jar open call aaa made an appointment for March 19 to get the door fixed to my surprise ye... read more
Nice people, but incompetent techs. Always behind schedule, and hit or miss on quality. I can look past being late or taking too long if the work is good, but it's not. I took my car here a few months ago to get a simple tire rotation and balance. I find out a few months later, they over torqued the hell out of my lug nuts (trying to take them off now). If any of them break off, that's $300/apiece to replace. Avoid this place for car care if you can. I certainly won't be returning.

AAA Car Care Center on Red Tip Rd in Fayvetteville NC ...I am a AAA member...my recent experience at this location was fantastic...their level of professionalism is very hard to find in NC.
