Horrible experience! My skid steer had a fuel issue and would stall out. They told me they were familiar with my model and had worked on them in the past since they’re a dealer for the brand. Machine was there for two months and when it was finally delivered it still had the same problem. So they picked it up again worked on it and dropped it off two days later claiming it’s all fixed. The staff is always friendly, professional and accommodating. I drive over an hour to deal with them. Wish all my other equipment vendors were half as good. Bill does a great job of explaining all the equipment its clear to see he is very knowledgeable about this and passionate about what he does.

I am a homeowner who needed to rent some small equipment for a few projects on my house. Even though I'm clearly not a major account, I was still treated with the same respect, attention, and follow-up as they would be. They never pressured me into getting more than I needed to complete my tasks and made sure to explain everything to me. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again for my next endeavor.

I called this company to find out if they do any diagnostic on a case skid steer. Before they send a technician I asked if they will be able to give me a report for what needs to be done They said yes. They showed up with no scanner and came out just to tell me that there is nothing they can do, and still charge me for the 2 minutes visit. Very unprofessional.

I rented a stump grinder from these guys. It was a great experience. The machine was available, and it was pretty new. Beats Home Depot Rental!
