I recently had shocks, struts, and a wheel alignment done. This is my 4th car service at this AAA Auto Repair location. They provide excellent customer service and the mechanics do great work. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had--and I genuinely believe something shady is going on at this shop. It all started with the tow truck driver, who strongly insisted I bring my car here rather than the shop on Bruceville that I had used last year without issue. That already raised red flags, and looking back, I believe I was steered here intentionally. From the moment my car was dropped off, communication was abysmal. There should be information on the website and when an appointment is set that cash is not accepted. I had an appointment and I wasn’t aware that cash wasn’t accepted until I arrived and I desperately need an oil change. Now I have to reschedule.
