Fabulous new CSAA office AND friendly staffs. There was K-cup coffee ready for customer's enjoyment. Receiving my International Driver's Permit within 10 minutes. Bravo, CSAA!!!

Customer service said that I would get charged for just the time of the month that I had AAA insurance before I canceled. (The prorated rate) because i just moved states. Im doing my taxes now & see that they in fact charged me for the entire month. What a lie.
