Poor service - rude and impatient. Talked over me - no timely call backs
total scammers...never go on line for the premium coverage..they take the full payment then reimburse you partially and keep the rest stating you re not eligible for full until you have it at basic for a year first..i cancelled and they said they sent the check and then 2 weeks later the membership package arrived...call and call and the same old story over and over...so contrived and deviant...total godless scammers !!! I am going to bang at you guys for years to come...I will extract from you way more business than the \$5... read more
