I had a GREAT experience here, I had multiple things I needed done the Dr. explained to me what I needed but also gave me options and then created a plan for care. He definitely saved my teeth. Also the two female dental assistants were nice and very informative as well.
1st visit today n getting into the solutions I see the reviews but I had great service so somebody lying 😂😂
Dentist office is outdated with faulty equipment. The assistant was very nice & accommodating, but the dentist was uninviting, cold & rude. As he performed my procedure, water was pouring down my throat. I kept swallowing to keep from choking and he was clearly annoyed, sternly telling me to keep still. I got multiple fillings, most of which don't allow me to floss anymore because he not only filled my cavities, he put fillings between my teeth as well. Horrible experience! I wouldn't take my dog here. The staff is not knowledgeable of the insurance process, the system crashed three times while trying to schedule an appt. The dentist is very rude and unprofessional. Definitely reported office to the insurance.
