I'll be honest, I was worried going in because of some of the negative reviews online, and I'm really glad I didn't let that stop me. I had extensive work done today (multiple fillings including one very deep cavity) and everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Vo himself was genuinely kind and professional throughout. I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and my experience has been great. The whole staff is very polite and friendly, they make u feel very welcomed. I would highly recommend anyone to come here.
My first dental appointment in NC and the worst dental experience ever. I don't ever want to visit there ever again. If they continue this way, they will soon close down. This is the first time, a dentist will not have a jovial conversation with me. He was all bundled up, like he was being forced to do the job.
