What a great bunch of folks. So very helpful and friendly no matter when I go down there or on the phone.
I needed something notarized the AAA office was great. It was quick and they are very pleasant.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from the Danbury AAA. My battery died while I was fortunately in a parking lot. Upon calling AAA a team of 2 arrived and they were very helpful in both getting my battery started and follow-on advice. I love the roadside service AAA provides and I will continue to renew my membership. Thank you.
My experience in the Danbury office was outstanding. That is what I have come to expect from all AAA offices. Everything from the offices to the road service has been great over the years.
I recently renewed my license at the Danbury AAA office. There was no waiting on line, I was helped right away . The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Using AAA to renew my license was definitely a better option than goin to the DMV.

I love Bill and his staff in Danbury. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy going there and getting what I need easily and socializing with the staff. They work very hard and I have never seen any of them lose their cool.
Friendly and helpful staff. One negative is the lines on Saturday can be long, especially for the drivers license renewal. Could use more staff at the counters at peak times.
I recently renewed my license. I had to come back because you need all kinds of identification now. Staff is friendly, it was quick. I will never go again to the department of motor vehicles. There is a minimal fee if you are not a member, but it is WORTH IT. Thanks AAA Great Staff
