Absolutely abysmal service. They're careless with freight, they do not follow safety protocols, they will destroy your products and give you no recourse. Read their other reviews on yelp-- they're just a bad company, terrible to work with and should be put out of business. Do not use if you care at all about your delivery.
I rarely leave one-star reviews, but after two deliveries with AAA Cooper in Indianapolis, I feel obligated to share my experience. The delivery issues themselves were frustrating, but the customer service was far worse. Quick and easy
Their driver came into a business slamming doors and acting completely unprofessional when he realized he was at the wrong place. It looked childish, rude, and very disrespectful — not how any professional should behave. This kind of behavior is embarrassing and reflects poorly on the company. I hope others see this before deciding to use their services.
