They're terrible, I bought a engine from Illinois what suppose to arrive 2 when I called them they said my order been missing and they investigation will take a month to determine what happens with my order.
Left shipment alongside a county road. Was not delivered to address. I was lucky a neighbor saw it and notified me. Had to leave work (1 hour commute) to secure the package. Avoid using AAA cooper. May be related to DB Cooper???
08/04/2025 Check in 5pm they give dock right away then dock manager came to me he said we don’t have time to unload your trailer . Come back 9pm. I Call 2 hour early for delivery they agreed to take care after arrival they refused to take load till 9 pm. Dock manager he do Racial profiling be careful..
