I felt forced to give this place even 1 star.... I called them earlier today and had the most rude customer service that I believe I've ever had in my life! I simply asked if I could get an estimate on APPROXIMATELY how much it would cost to have a hard drive replaced in my laptop. The man did not bother to ask me what kind of laptop I had to see if he could help me at all.
