I had a very unpleasant morning with James Jimenez. Maybe he was having a bad morning? Maybe he is a bit abrasive at baseline. Came in to buy a membership as a gift. I'm also a long time member myself. He was borderline rude through most of the encounter. I wish someone else assisted me. Steer clear of him.
My husband went here to exchange euros for American dollars. A man told him that his euro was out of circulation ! He came home ready to throw it away. I told him no way!! That man doesn't know what he's talking about! Took it to airport in NC when I visited. They exchanged it no problem I got 903.00. Imagine if I threw it away and believed that man. That was terrible! Don't twist it. You said it was out of circulation. It was no good!! He knew had to be mailed out but you said the money wasn't good!!

Told them to take their time because it was a lot... They completed the work quicker than I thought it would take and gave me extra time! Which is priceless
