The Maintenance Supervisor was fantastic! He explained everything that needed repaired in great detail. He was so personable! They made our truck safe again.
My Chevrolet equinox would not start on Saturday evening so I had it towed by AAA to the shop on Route nine in Clifton Park. Mark Got my car into the shop on Monday and had a diagnostically tested and found that a ground wire Had rotted . They replaced the wiring and had the car up and running in no time at all. Mark and his crew at AAA were very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the professionalism that was shown to me.
One of the best Customer Service experiences I have had for years! Went in for an International Drivers Permit and was in and out within minutes WITH the permit which I was expecting to take weeks!
