My car needed to be towed. We waited 40 minutes on hold before we got service. Also been calling to upgrade my plan. No one answered after 30 minutes on hold. I guess they don’t need my money
A Hertz car rental I booked through AAA Lititz was not honored when I arrived at my destination. While on my trip I contacted the agent I had dealt with in Lititz. She did an excellent and lengthy job I getting me a significant and timely refund. I cannot say enough about the service I received before and after the rental.
