Have been using this shop for over 10 years now, with three different vehicles. Usually it’s Larry who helps me, but the entire staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They get the work done fast and don’t try to upsell.
I am so thankful for this AAA!!! I was in such a pinch this weekend after finding out on Friday evening that I had a flat tire due to a nail. I called Saturday morning at 8am and Jerry was happy to tell me they were able to take care of it (even with my conflicts in the day). I went after my event at 1pm and Jerry gave such great service when speaking to me and my father who was on the phone. I felt like he really cared about giving me the best deal. Very helpful, and understanding. Their technician initially shared a list of repairs to ensure a fully fixed system. The price was a bit high, so they were able to advise on the items that are “must fixes” vs “play it safe” fixes. Thank you for that. It turns out the adjusted price that I was then quoted at had assumed I had a AAA membership, which wasn’t the case.
