I am so thankful for this AAA!!! I was in such a pinch this weekend after finding out on Friday evening that I had a flat tire due to a nail. I called Saturday morning at 8am and Jerry was happy to tell me they were able to take care of it (even with my conflicts in the day). I went after my event at 1pm and Jerry gave such great service when speaking to me and my father who was on the phone. I felt like he really cared about giving me the best deal. Very helpful, and understanding. Their technician initially shared a list of repairs to ensure a fully fixed system. The price was a bit high, so they were able to advise on the items that are “must fixes” vs “play it safe” fixes. Thank you for that. It turns out the adjusted price that I was then quoted at had assumed I had a AAA membership, which wasn’t the case. Larry is pure sales. He is always helpful and will work you in if he can do it. He is someone that anyone would love to have working with them. I highly recommend this place for work on your car.
I took them my car because my service engine soon light was on. Now my car have a misfire and they had it for two weeks.
Don’t ever get AAA service in Hyde Park Cincinnati !!! My car was broken into and they aren’t doing anything to fix it . They are saying it’s my responsibility!!!! So unprofessional and they left my car out in the rain all weekend and didn’t even bother to put plastic on my window !!!! Don’t spend your money where your not respected
