I want to express my appreciation for the service provided today. My wife and I went to the Hyde Park location to see if a tire on her Honda could be repaired. After looking at the tire, Larry determined that it couldn’t be repaired. We really needed a tire. We had the spare tire on the car and needed to do a lot of driving. I stopped in on a Tuesday morning to have a flat repaired. The visit got off to a rocky start when the key holder was more than 10 minutes late showing up to open the store. When he did arrive, he was clearly annoyed that I was waiting. They took my flat tire out of the back of my SUV and identified the tire with a the puncture and let me know I'd need a new tire. This place is not necessarily cheap, but they are fair. I brought my truck in last week and dropped it off with them to see why it was white smoking so badly. A few days later I received a text stating that I had cancelled my appointment? I texted back that my truck was to be seen the following day and was parked in the parking lot. I got a call back informing me that it had a blown head gasket and was deemed "irreparable". The guy said that as soon as he saw the amount of smoke, he knew it was a head gasket.
