Amazing appointment from beginning to end, which is not something I usually experience in the constantly overwhelmed car shops in this day and age. The manager was courteous, had a positive attitude, and set expectations. And the communication leading up to the appointment was solid too: they talked to me a few times beforehand to confirm the right tires and the right sizes. Cannot say enough great things about this place. My car stopped accelerating on the highway and I barely made it to this shop. Both Susan and Ethan were so helpful and made sure I was taken care of. The mechanic, Ted, did such a quick diagnosis and figured out the problem quickly. Y'all saved me from a potentially horrible weekend. I appreciate the fantastic customer service and work.

Traveling from Ohio to Tennessee with 4 small children, my tire found a nail. Showed up unannounced seeking repair and Ethan quite literally saved the day. A+. Could not be more grateful for his help.

I brought my car here for a wheel alignment after replacing my inner and outer tie rods myself. They completed the alignment but told me that my ball joint would need to be replaced, and that once I replaced it, I could bring the car back in for another alignment if needed. The problem is that when I left after that first alignment, my steering wheel was still crooked and there was no noticeable improvement in the way the car drove or handled.
