Traveling from Ohio to Tennessee with 4 small children, my tire found a nail. Showed up unannounced seeking repair and Ethan quite literally saved the day. A+. Could not be more grateful for his help.
I brought my car here for a wheel alignment after replacing my inner and outer tie rods myself. They completed the alignment but told me that my ball joint would need to be replaced, and that once I replaced it, I could bring the car back in for another alignment if needed. The problem is that when I left after that first alignment, my steering wheel was still crooked and there was no noticeable improvement in the way the car drove or handled. I just came in to aaa today, I sat down in the waiting room, and what I heard was honestly very disturbing. Very loud I could from the back 2 guys talking about a customers breasts. They’re exact words were “her titties are massive”. They were being so loud I think everyone who was here heard that. I feel very disrespected, I won’t be back.
