I absolutely love this company. Very friendly, punctual and great pricing. I ordered window treatments for my entire 2 bedroom condo and everything fits perfectly. I just wanted to shout-out about the absolutely perfect Hunter Douglas Vertiglide in Calm White. I just needed something for turtle season ONLY having unblocked view of the Gulf of Mexico at other times. Oh my goodness, this is absolutely perfect.
Can't speak highly enough of this business. Wide variety of product, helpful guidance from the owner/management. Reasonable pricing. Excellent and friendly installation. But TERRIFIC customer service after installation. Had a motorized blind just stop one day in the middle of opening. Responsive to a call on a Saturday morning with good advice, and when we stopped by to question part of it, he happily walked us through what to do, and we had the blind operating better than ever ten minutes after we got home. We couldn't be happier with our new blinds! After extensive research, we found AAA to be the best in pricing & quality. Our 1st showroom visit with Taylor was amazing. He was very knowledgeable & detailed in explaining his products. Cory came out for a final measurement & exactly 4 weeks later, our blinds were installed to perfection by Jay. The whole team are dedicated to their customers by providing great customer service!
Very disappointed in product received. Valance board is narrow and cheap looking. Plantation shutters do not line up properly or fill the window opening. Shutter we received are very cheap with model numbers and size markings visible on sides of shutters.
